Flipizens and curious wanderers! Are you aware of the potentially life-altering effects of authentic human interaction? Our laboratory of connection has been diligently researching this phenomenon, and we feel compelled to issue this public service announcement.
At FaceLazers, we've constructed an experiential laboratory dedicated to exposing the real and present dangers of authentic human connection. Our research suggests that eye contact (via the lazers on your face), when sustained for more than 3 seconds, can trigger alarming sensations of "being seen" and "mutual understanding."
Empathy and vulnerability contain substances known to the State of California and other jurisdictions to lead to curiosity, intimacy, deepened friendships, strengthened relationships, and other horrors too sordid to mention.

Our camp hosts regular connection events in our welcoming event tent. You'll find us facilitating everything from authentic relating practices to experimental connection games that blur the boundaries between strangers.
We were founded by rogue researchers from the fields of Authentic Relating, Circling, Contact Improv, and Ecstatic Dance, but our definition of "connection" has evolved to embrace the countless ways humans find communion with one another.
The laboratory at FaceLazers is here to help, by conducting guided and facilitated experiments that will show the terrifying extent of human connection that is possible when you expose yourself to eye contact, authentic conversation, and other Schedule I human interactions. BEWARE!

While we are a camp dedicated to connection in all its forms, please note we are not a registered "sex camp." Our events may involve full nudity and sensual energy, but they stop short of explicit sexual activity. Think of us as the delicious appetizer that might inspire you to seek the main course elsewhere. And remember—in our laboratory and everywhere else on playa—enthusiastic consent is not just encouraged, it's required.
The true danger of FaceLazers isn't that you'll be forever changed by your experience with us (though you probably will be). The real risk is that you'll discover how much deeper human connection can go when we drop our masks and meet each other exactly as we are.
